Witbier, or ‘white beer’, is a type of wheat beer originating in Belgium. The beer style is characterised by a light, slightly cloudy colour and flavour notes of various herbs and spices. Our Belgian Wit uses coriander and bitter orange peel which, together with the characteristic yeast strain, give the typical notes of citrus and light spiciness.
