Kriek Boon is a spontaneously fermented beer based on old and young lambic that is aged in oak barrels. Only real fresh cherries are used in the production of this real Kriek beer and no concentrates are added. There are approximately 250 grams of fresh cherries per litre of Kriek Boon.
