This refreshing straw-coloured Belgian-Style Witbier, with hints of coriander and notes of orange peel is rich in flavour and deep in character. A wonderful benchmark of the style that is sure to please at the table. Blue Lagoon is a witbier or biere blanche and, as traditionally expected, after pouring the first half bottle, the beer will be cloudy from the yeast, which gives it a whitish-yellow appearance.
