Sour Ale brewed with Beets and aged in Oak Barrels.
Pours opaque reddish chestnut with a small white head. Aromas of strawberry, yeast, vinegar, white wine and hints of dried rose leaves. Tastes very sour with little carbonation and finishes off with distinct notes of beetroot, earth, spinach leaves, vinegar, white wine and hints of bitter almonds.
