Mikkeller’s Spontan range focuses on spontaneous fermentation, fruit and sour beers. Here, the cherry is in the spotlight. A Sour aged in oak barrels and brewed with cherries from the award-winning Fredriksdal nursery. It is close to Lambic, with very nice notes of tart and juicy cherry and bitter almond.
